Create a Demolition Plan view for Level 1

Duplicate the Level 1 - New plan view.
Rename the new view to Level 1 - Demolition Plan.
Set the phase filter for this new view to Show Previous + Demo.
Adjust the settings for the Graphic Overrides to display the lines for Demolished elements using a red color.

Create a view that highlights the elements created on Level 1 during this New phase.

Duplicate the Level 1 - New plan view.

Rename the new view to Level 1 - Highlight new.

Set the phase filter for this new view to Colorize New.
Create a new Door Schedule that lists only the doors added during this New phase.

Duplicate the existing Door Schedule view.
Rename the new schedule view to Door Schedule - New.
Set the phase filter for this new schedule view to Show New.
Change the Sorting/Grouping options for the new schedule to Itemize Every Instance.

When you have completed this exercise, your model should look like the end point:
