My model is a three story 25,000 square foot addition that seamlessly blends in with the existing building elements. Within the brief you will see that I offered two alternative roof plans, one that follows the previous design closely and another which offers a new spin, allowing for more natural light through a large sky light. Each floor has its own unique features, but all offer plenty of space for student collaboration. The first floor features modern, glass encased study rooms perfect for student collaboration. The second floor also features an open concept with a library, cozy study space at the end. The library has a large glass curtain wall allowing for fabulous views. Finally the third floor holds both the student gallery space and is equip with three different restaurants/cafes. There is plenty of outdoor seating both on the third and second floor.
