The idea is that you’ll be working with a Stanford Group to understand their challenges and needs as they promote their sustainability initiatives. You’re task will be to work with them to design a project that will help to promote sustainable behaviors and practices for the clients that they serve.

The domain/area that I’d like to focus on is….
While my main passion is with cars and transportation, I think it would be nice to focus on sustainability with energy.
And the reason that this area is important and meaningful to me is….
Time for some self-reflection… What is your POV? Which initiatives do you really care about supporting and helping to make a difference?
To me, energy is closely related to transportation and vehicles, especially now with the advent of electric vehicles. In addition, energy applies engineering concepts and strategies in the same way as transportation does. Finally, energy is a major factor in the development of developing countries - it has shown to greatly improve quality of life. Therefore, energy can not only improve sustainability in a technical sense, but also in an ethical sense too.
